Amazing Photos of the roaring lion of 4th battalion Army HQ Jaji done by Abusites

An Abusite by name Zephaniah Audu Thomas has shared beautiful photos of an artwork “the roaring lion” he made in conjunction with his HOD Okoli Ken for the Nigerian Army.

In a post on Facebook, Zephaniah Audu Thomas who is a master’s student in ABU shared the Amazing photos with a tribute to Dr. Okoli Ken, the Head of the department of fine arts Ahmadu Bello University Zaria for giving him the opportunity.

He posted, “A special thanks to my H.O.D, Okoli Ken from the department of Fine Art Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, for giving me the opportunity to work alongside a great sculptor as you, to produce the roaring lion for the 4th demon battalion Army headquarters Jaji Kaduna state who has never lost a battle.“

The project started on March 11th and was completed 1st July, 2020.

Zephaniah told Theabusites.com that it was an honour working for the Nigerian army… “Shared moments when we had to show strength alongside the Nigerian army where we had to pull up a concrete slap having some giving up but had to tell them is it not about strength but the plan to bring it to the desired location,” He said.
