The provost, Federal College of Education Kontagora, Professor Faruk Rashid Haruna has described distinguished Abusite, Malam Adamu Mamman kontagora as a quintessential Academic politician who has continued to demonstrate an unparalleled vision for the Institution and its Alumni both in utterances and his actions.
The provost made the statement when the Liberal progressive team led by Malam Adamu mamman Kontagora paid a courtesy visit to him and other Supra Authorities of the college.
Malam Adamu mamman Kontagora, a Presidential Aspirant of the federal college of Education Kontagora Alumni Association was in the institution alongside his team as part of their nationwide campaign and consultation of stakeholders as well as inspection of projects across the college.
Malam Kontagora commended the workaholic provost and his entire cabinet for the various ongoing projects that are meant to create a favorable atmosphere for both the students, the teachers, and the FCE Kontagora community at Large.
He expressed pleasure and satisfaction at the level of projects already accomplished by various contractors and pledged his support in overcoming bottlenecks that may pose a challenge to the timely completion of the uncompleted projects.
According to him, the essence of the oversight is to monitor and make sure that the Alumni members as well as the community are satisfied with the level of development and ensure steady and smooth movement of the projects.
The Aspiring Alumni president also commends the efforts of various FCE Kontagora staff towards their commitment and dedication for the development of the institution and their devotion to the campaign of the Liberal progressive team.
Responding, the provost Professor Faruk Rashid Haruna described Adamu Mamman kontagora as “a long time friend and partner in struggle who has calmed many storms that threatened our Association while riding the crest of many to pursue the interest of our great institution transcending the mundane and becoming nearly ecclesiastical in pursuing national assignments. At this time of great distress, Malam Adamu mamman Kontagora is what we need.”
He further noted that “In Malam Adamu Mamman Kontagora, Federal College of Education Kontagora Alumni Association has fortunately found a man with the qualities of a great leader who has continuously demonstrated both in words and indeed that he will be the man to deliver the Association from the clutches of backwardness and analogue leadership.
“A man who has remained unwavering in protecting the interest of the downtrodden and the working masses of this Alumni Association is exactly what we need going into the forthcoming election. A man who turned FCE Kontagora Alumni Association from being a slum to becoming the renewed and great body which it has become today cannot but be a great leader. We believe he can replicate this at the national level.
“When you understand some of the fundamental attributes of a great leader, you cannot but be propelled into a discussion of the leadership enigma which the Adamu mamman Kontagora has come to represent within the Association’s polity.
“We have seen so much about this personality and are not tired of expressing our support towards him because he keeps metamorphosing and consolidating his ideas and basic life philosophies generating new and exciting positions continuously that have not only kept the polity re-inventing itself but creating solutions proactively to interrogate governance issues within the Association’s socio-economic framework.” He added
“Malam Adamu mamman Kontagora is our best foot forward. Let us put it! Allowing the puerile and self-serving argument of turn by turn politics at this time will take us further backward! May we make the right choice for the forthcoming election and may we allow the best to come forward! It is time to stop the step backward. Federal college of education Kontagora Alumni Association must make progress!
