NHIS to begin capturing of all ABU Staff on Wednesday

This is to bring to the attention of all members of the Ahmadu Bello University community that the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) would be carrying out a data capturing of all intended enrollees into the scheme.

All new intended enrollees are required to STRICTLY comply with the COVID-19 protocols, maintain social distance, MUST have their face masks, and come along with the following to the registration centre:

PRINCIPAL ENROLLEE:
a). Appointment letter (original copy and photocopy)
b). University Staff Identification Card (original copy and photocopy)
c). One (1) passport photograph
d). Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age (original copy and photocopy)

Dependants:
One (1) passport photograph each and photocopy of birth certificates of spouse (wife) and four (4) biological children below 18 years of age.

The programme is scheduled to take place as follows:

Date: Wednesday, 28th October – Sunday, 1st November, 2020.
Venue: Mamman Kontagora Square, ABU Main Campus, Samuru
Venue: Time: 8:30am daily
