FCE Kontagora Alumni Association need Adamu Mamman kontagora – Alh Shawai

The Chairman kontagora frontiers forum, said the ongoing move by the Liberal progressive team under the platform of Adamu Mamman kontagora was in the right direction to salvage the FCE kontagora Alumni Association.

He also noted that resolving the challenges facing the Association had gone beyond team politics; and that doing what is best for the college should be paramount.

Alh Yusuf Shawai stated this when the Liberal progressive team paid him a courtesy visit during a campaign visitation to the Kanwuri area of kontagora local Government.

The chairman kontagora frontiers forum said there was a need for viable opposition in a democracy pointing out that the formation and existence of the Liberal progressive team under the umbrella of Malam Adamu Mamman kontagora would enhance the federal College of education kontagora Alumni Association’s democracy.

“You are at home and you are welcome to be at home. This movement is the first of it kind since 1981/1982 that the federal College of education kontagora has started graduating student. As time goes on I will just appeal that the politics that will be played should be politics without rancor, without bitterness; politics with decency that has Federal College of education kontagora at heart,” Alh Yusuf Shawai said.

He further added that he is an incurable optimist about the federal College of education kontagora; and that he is committed to this movement.

He said nothing would separate him from that commitment.

Alh Yusuf shawai described the visitation as an honour he appreciated, saying “the visit is just in the right direction.”

He stressed that even when you don’t agree with ADAMU MAMMAN KONTAGORA, you can’t help but admire his personality, his political dexterity, and courage. In this wind that blows on FCE kontagora Alumni Association, I doubt if anybody has had the level of the political influence of MALAM ADAMU in the recent century given the way and manner in which he deliberately set out to build his team. He was once quoted to have said he uses the best hands, the best brains, the best experience for the job, for any task he needed to deliver.

“The job of a good leader is to assemble the best leaders that will create an enabling environment for the future leaders,” was one of the quotes attributed to him and rightly Adamu Mamman kontagora can be likened to the magnet that pulls enviable resources to himself for the propagation of the greater good.

MALAM ADAMU has consistently displayed his leadership and human management skills to nurture successful leaders not only in Academic politics but across the country at large. Adamu Mamman kontagora has built many from the scratch and encouraged them to see greatness in themselves.

There is no gainsaying the obvious that Adamu Mamman kontagora has become a political institution in the firmament of FCE kontagora Alumni Association’s political and socio-economic development. He has got his hands in many pies, that one is baffled to rationalise how he is able to coordinate and manage his innumerable engagements and interventions. His propensity to discover young and intelligent individuals, nurture and groom them to political stardom is great; this he has displayed since the advent of his emergence as the frontline flag bearer of the LIBERAL PROGRESSIVE TEAM.he added.

In another remark by his brother, he said For ADAMU MAMMAN KONTAGORA and the entire family of the Liberal progressive team, aside from the deliberate desire to build people, the uncertainty and nature of FCE Kontagora Alumni Association’s political landscape has tested his will repeatedly forcing him to, like the mystical Phoenix, reinvent himself by coming stronger out of the ashes his political adversaries thought they had buried him in.

Because of the people he has been blessed to be surrounded by, people who are worthy, dependable, and reliable – men who have imbibed, assimilated and internalised his thought process, vision, dreams, and goals, people in Governance, Administration, Civil Service, Academia,  Legislature, Politics, Media, Sports, and Entertainment, ADAMU’s secret remains the Alumnus.

The secret is in building and utilizing capable and efficient Alumnus, who understand his complex personality in achieving his mind constructs. Needless to say that MALAM ADAMU is a human architect, who builds men of steel. A leader is defined by his subordinates and lieutenants. The human machinery he deploys in actualizing his projections and postulations. The ability to identify, nurture and sustain the right hands and men to achieve set goals is a rare gift and art that is uncommon in many men of means. he said

one of the youth representatives of the area also chip in that across the length and breadth of the Association’s political filament today, you are more likely to find an ADAMU disciple, reminding us of the ADAMU MAMMAN KONTAGORA. At every turn, ADAMU MAMMAN KONTAGORA has been an abiding factor for the propagation of true democratic principles.

From the trenches, he mobilised resources for the greater good and on the return to democracy in FEDERAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION KONTAGORA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION. he stood with the progressives fighting every inch of the way to bequeath to the coming generation a foundation of selfless sacrifices.

In the last few months of the campaign, Adamu Mamman kontagora has demonstrated uncommon dexterity to issues and the ability to listen and give voice to others, thus earning him unalloyed respect. Like a true leader, ADAMU MAMMAN KONTAGORA does not only build for today, but posterity. Though he is a master strategist, he has suffered his share of defeat and betrayals, but ADAMU MAMMAN KONTAGORA makes giving people a second chance a norm. he said

Finally, Alh Yusuf shawai prayed that may Almighty God continue to bless this movement and wish the Liberal progressive team success in the upcoming Election.

The visitation was lead by the chairman of the central committee Malam Bala Bello who happens to be the representative of the front line flag bearer, Adamu Mamman kontagora.
