ABU VC Pledges to Assist ZEDA Revive its Computer Center
The Vice-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, Prof. Kabir Bala has pledged to assist the Zaria Educational Development Association (ZEDA) to revive its computer center.
Professor Bala made the pledge when the Executive members of the Zaria Educational Development Association (ZEDA) paid a courtesy call on him at his office in Samaru.
The visit, which took place on Thursday, 21st May, 2020, was to congratulate Prof. Kabir Bala on his assumption of office as the new Vice-Chancellor of the institution.
Speaking on behalf of ZEDA, the chairman, Dr. Abdul Alimi Bello expressed gratitude to the university for its longstanding support to the association and presented a collection of publications as souvenirs and a letter of appointment to the vice-chancellor as patron of the association.

Other members of the association present include former Registrar, Ahmadu Bello University, Dr. Muhammad Isah Abbas, Abubakar Tanimu, Prof. Mamman Mohammed, and Prof. Bashir Jumare.
The Vice-Chancellor was in the company of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Prof. S. Z. Abubakar; Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Prof. D. A. Ameh; the Registrar, Malam A. A. Kundila and the Bursar, Malam Yahaya Alhaji Hassan, when he received members of the association.
