ABU makes the list of top eight ENACTUS teams in the world

Ahmadu Bello University ENACTUS team has emerged as one of the top eight teams in the ‘Action with Africa Challenge’.

The ENACTUS Ahmadu Bello University team along with over 89 projects from 68 Universities, across 13 countries applied for the Action With Africa (AWA) challenge hosted by ENACTUS Germany.

The Action with Africa is an opportunity funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation (BMZ) and Development and Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

It is open to all ENACTUS teams across the world working on the ENACTUS project that takes place on the African continent.

Expectedly, this development has created the opportunity for three student nominees and one Faculty Advisor to travel to Bonn, Germany for the semi-final round of the Action with Africa Challenge scheduled for 1st October, 2022.

A letter by Country Director, ENACTUS Nigeria, Michael Ajayi, to the Vice-Chancellor, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, congratulating the University on the achievement, said the team would depart on 25th September, 2022.
