DUA-ABU to conduct perception research for ABU Students & Staff
The Directorate of University Advancement (DUA), Ahmadu Bello University Zaria has announced it will be conducting a series of perception research for students in the final year, entry-level and staff of the institution.
The perception survey which is part of the new policies of Prof Ahmed Doko Ibrahim the new Director, Directorate of University Advancement, will be aimed at management operations and how to make it better.
In a statement via its official Twitter handle, the directorate said, The university management hopes to understand the aspirations and expectations of its first year students, and evaluations and perspectives from its final year students.

According to DUA, the position of students is critical to the operations of Ahmadu Bello University, hence collating such opinions on how to serve students better is crucial.
The statement urges students to partake actively in the survey and be rest assured that the feasible resolve from the research data will be implemented accordingly
The statement reads, “The Directorate of University Advancement under the new Director and VC will be conducting perception research very soon for students in the final year, entry-level and staff of the school regarding management operations and how to make it better.
“We want to know the aspirations and expectations of our first-year students, and evaluations and perspectives from our final year students. The position of students is critical to the operations of this University. And such your opinions on how to serve you better is crucial.
“So, please partake actively in the survey and be rest assured that the feasible resolve from the research data will be implemented”
Prof Ahmed Doko Ibrahim was recently appointed as the new Director, Directorate of University Advancement, as part of the new team of “fresh blood” injected into the ABU system by the new vice-chancellor prof. Kabir Bala to help in the task of repositioning the prestigious institution.
The University Advancement Director is charged with the responsibility to produce and implement a strategy to achieve an integrated “advancement” program, including clear objectives, performance measures, budgets, and other resource requirements for fundraising, alumni relations, communications, and Advancement Services.
