Abusite Corper Awarded for Renovating and Constructing Boreholes in Kebbi
An Abusite Corps member serving in Argungu, Yagba Philip has been given an award of selfless service by NYSC Kebbi state, as one of the best Batch B corps members in the state.
Yagba Philip, who is a graduate of Water Resources And Environmental Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, with state code (KB/19B/0482) received the award for his contributions to community development.
The corps member as part of his Community development service (CDS Project) had embarked on the construction and renovation of boreholes in the Argungu community which is his place of Primary assignment.
Presenting the award, the NYSC Coordinator in Kebbi state, Commended Philip for his efforts and call on other corps members to emulate their colleague who has left a legacy in his PPA.
Responding, Yagba Philip, said giving back to society as a humanitarian is his motivation towards embarking on and successfully completing the NYSC personal CDS project.
He dedicates his award to; “God the doer of all things, to everyone who has contributed in one way or the other for the success of the project.
