ABU MLCJ Class of 2018 Visit coursemate Ahmed Abubakar Audi, Commandant General NSCDC (Photos)

Members of the Masters in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, ABU Zaria, Class of 2018 on 19th July, 2022, paid a Congratulatory Visit to their Course mate, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi mni, Commandant-General Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps at NSCDC Headquarters, Abuja.

The members presented an Award of Honor and other gifts as a sign of solidarity.

During the presentation, Dr Audi was delighted and reminded his Coursemates that he is still the person they knew back in school and has not changed, He thanked them and promised to assist members of the Class at the time of need.

Mr David Samuel Badi who was the Class Governor reintroduced all members in the group, thanked Dr Audi for granting the courtesy visit and also wished him a successful tenure in office.

The leader of class members during the visit, Mr Aramide Atolagbe Akinola called for more accolades for the Commandant General and he also expressed the goodwill Dr Audi shared while in school and urged him to do more for members who are yet to be stable in their various careers.

In the closing remarks, Mr Ukume Denis Ukume, who headed the visit’s planning committee thanked God for marking the day and also thanked Dr Audi for hosting members of the Class.

He called on Nigerians to pray and support the Commandant General to continue to combat the rising insecurity in the country, he stated clearly that Dr Audi has achieved a milestone since his first 100 days in office, by setting up a female Combatant wing that can compete with other counterparts all over the world, promoting of stagnant officers, full payment of arrears and grativities, and also the commissioning of the NSCDC housing scheme.

Mr Ukume also thanked Odumosu Olusola Omotayo for facilitating the visit and his fellow coursemates for taking out time to be present during the visit and wished them a safe journey back home.
